Fleet Specialist
This position can be a hybrid role, working 3 days from the office and 2 days remote. This role will perform administrative support duties for the Fleet Department. Includes typing and data entry, tracking, verifying, and updating reports for internal use, customer service call handling, timely processing and disseminating of information, paperwork and follow through for a variety of unit support needs. Processes required paperwork on all new vehicles and monthly auctions, processes all vehicle tags, titles and registrations, processes all vehicle accident reports and coordinates with assigned branch for vehicle accident repairs, processes all invoices and electronically files vehicle repair orders, orders new fuel cards as needed, makes driver assignment changes as request, works with vendors to ensure GPS or Camera systems are operating as designed, administers the Fleet data collection and prepares data for presentation. Assists with fixed asset inventory and assists with scheduling and maintenance tracking of repair work on agency vehicles and equipment. Completes the process for adding or removing assets in Fleet Management software. Assist in scheduling maintenance and repair work as needed. Occasional travel to branch locations to assist with asset inventories or other functions as assigned including some overnight stays. Performs other administrative tasks related to vehicles and fleet related assets. Assists management as directed. Manages all matters with speed and accuracy.

Salary : $49,700 - $62,900
