General Laborer
Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for a General
Laborer in the Southeast. This position will work within Industrial,
Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal businesses and be part of an amazing and
GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible.
Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.
Assists
Electrician to install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Assists
with manual labor.
JobDuties:
- Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit.
- Drills holes for wiring and pulls or pushes wire through opening.
- Assists in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects (i.e. wiring, conduit, and motors).
- Performs minor repairs, such as replacing fuses, light sockets, bulbs, and switches.
- Disassembles defective electrical equipment.
- Uses hand tools and power tools, and other equipment as needed to perform tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- No experience required.
- Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable.
- Ability to focus and learn from superiors while being self-motivated to accomplish tasks.
- Must be able to follow specific directions.
- Must perform a variety of duties which may often change.
- Must work within standards of accuracy.
- Must be able to repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure.
