Construction Services Project Manager
The Expediter position ensures Construction Services deadlines, schedules and quotas are met by overseeing the project and construction services schedules, information, components and documentation.
- Manage and communicate Construction Services and field expectations.
- Implement process and improvements.
- Manage meetings with internal clients, be the point person for both teams, assist with all deliverable scheduling (prefab, engineering and VDC) Construction Services QA/QC and client feedback for improvements for best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define scope of work on a weekly basis and forecast for 60 Days, create and maintain project schedules and follow up often to the responsible parties.
- Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency.
- Develop appropriate processes and strategies.
- Address obstacles in the way of achieving the desired outcomes and lead times for projects.
- Cordinate day-to-day - week to week Construction Services objectives to meet project deadlines.
- Make final decisions for best company ROI for projects and Pieper Electric.

Requirements:
- A strong drive for construction project management work and knowledge of efficient construction processes.
- Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (electrical, mechanical, building science, etc.) or related discipline.
- OR Journeyman electrician with 10 years of field experience required or combination of both education and field experience.
- Positive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiable.
- Be highly customer-service oriented.
