MP Systems, Inc. is hiring an entry level Accountant to support our East Troy, WI location. This position will report to the Controller and will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the day to day accounting activities and servicing MP Systems, Inc. to meet or exceed our objectives, while safeguarding and preserving all resources and Company properties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Monthly reconciliations
- Assist with our phone bills and analysis of spending
- Accounts Payable assistance
- Assist with audit requests in Accounts Payable.
- Satisfy our customers to support repeat business and favorable referrals/recommendations.
- Synchronize communication between customers, supervisors, field employees, and vendors.
- Measure progress of objectives, evaluate what needs to be done, anticipate obstacles and take appropriate corrective action to achieve objectives.
- Review
and assess the operation of general office routines.
