company has immediate full-time openings for a Superintendent in North Augusta
SC. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and
Federal businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions
are regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Pay range depending on
experience, skills, and knowledge.
This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments and a strong drive for construction project management work. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
Job Duties:
▪ Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility.
▪ Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required. Conduct accident investigations as needed.
▪ Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
▪ Motivate others to achieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.)
▪ Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible.
▪ Keep daily job journal detailing actual events.
▪ Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.
