Ideal Mechanical, a division of Pieper Electric, is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and Plumbing construction projects. In this key role, you’ll oversee the successful execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners—while also helping to grow our presence in the region and mentoring future talent.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee project P&L, billing, forecasting, and collections.
- Drive proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, build lasting relationships, and foster repeat business.
- Manage change orders and project documentation with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Develop manpower schedules and coordinate workforce deployment effectively.
- Support and model a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
- Coach and mentor project team members; provide regular performance feedback and contribute to employee development.
- Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the organization.
