Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice open only to the employees of the Toms River School system is seeking a part time FNP.
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on promoting health and preventing disease.
Our office offers onsite Family medicine, X-ray, Physical therapy, Behavorial Health, Pharmacy and Lab.
Schedule will be 3pm-7pm Monday and Thursday as well as every other weekend Saturday and Sunday from 8am-1pm
Minor suturing is required
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory diseases
- Provide education to patients and families on disease prevention and health promotion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
