Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a part time x -ray tech for our office.
We are open only to the town employees of Hamilton and First Responders. Our office offers onsite Family Medicine, X-ray, Behavorial Health, Physical Therapy and Chiropractic with no co-payments to our members,
This position will also include front desk as well.
Schedule will be Monday and Tuesday 10 hour shifts (8am-6pm) and every other weekend from 8am-1pm
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires a strong understanding of radiographic techniques and patient care, ensuring safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Duties
- Perform X-ray examinations on patients as prescribed by physicians, ensuring high-quality images are obtained for accurate diagnosis.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort.
- Operate X-ray equipment safely and effectively, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and techniques, participating in ongoing education as required.
