This is a full-time day shift role at our Kopake St store in Waipahu, HI. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and be the face of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assess customer needs offering solutions.
- Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests.
- Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing.
- Ensure store cleanliness and product stock levels.
- Process orders and payments received in-person, by phone, online, or via email.
- May be trained to make local deliveries using a company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history.
- Be available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
- Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and carrying up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
