What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Management Analyst - Aerospace position at PPG Industries?
As the Data Management Analyst (Aerospace) you will create and maintain the master data aligned with business defined procedures to ensure data integrity and speed to market. You will research data sources to verify validity of master data and act as liaison with data owners and other functional partners. And you will be the champion of data policies who comprehends the complexity of the data relationships required to ensure transactions are executed successfully.

Responsibilities :
Complete requested master data object creations and updates in ERP (QAD) and other supporting systems, aligning with defined policies, procedures, and workflows; ensuring a high degree of data integrity and accuracy.
Determine priority of and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and adjust priorities based on evolving situations to meet timelines.
Directly partner with internal customers and functional partners for follow-up, clarification, verification, and troubleshooting.
Actively participate in data related projects and support business initiatives.
Identify, escalate, and resolve data and system related issues as needed.
Research and recommend improvements and updates to procedures and documentation.
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree.
2 years of experience working on an ERP system or similar database such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong experience with data integrity to ensure accuracy of detail and data.
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as QAD, Laserfiche, Informatica MDM, or similar
Advanced MS Excel including vlookup, Power Query, concatenate, filter functions, and related automation applications
due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.

A base Salary Range : $50,000
