As a Production Associate Team Leader , you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Key Responsibilities
Employees will operate one of several automated pieces of equipment to support safe production of product
Work is typically fast paced in nature
Work is conducive to people that enjoy working on a team
Work environment is indoors / factory environment but not air conditioned in the summer; environment is heated during the winter
Flame-retardant uniforms, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, and Hearing protection are required and provided
Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers
You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
Bilingual preferred.
