A competitive starting wage of $22 per hour with weekly compensation, plus benefits and three weeks' paid leave.

This full-time role operates within our daytime store hours of:
- Monday through Friday: 7am to 5pm
- Saturdays: 8am to noon
- Closed on Sundays
A day in this role sees you engaging customers with your friendly demeanor, understanding their project goals, and offering sound suggestions to enhance their experience. Your ability to foster client relationships will be key to success.
Expectations and Tasks:
- Welcome and evaluate customers' needs, suggesting productive solutions.
- Prepare and mix paint to meet specific customer desires.
- Handle goods carefully during unloading, stocking, and order completion.
- Keep the store neat and fully stocked with necessary merchandise.
- Receive and process orders via all communication channels.
- Perform checkout efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Potential local delivery tasks with company transport upon training.
- Answerable to the Store Manager.
Desired Competencies:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Driver's license needs to be valid and clean.
- Strive for excellence in customer service, able to work well within a team.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday work as needed.
- Able to lift 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
