Maintenance Technician in Rock Hill, SC

Weekend Shift, Friday – Sunday 5am to 530pm, Work 36 hours get paid for 40!!

Starting pay $28.06/hr!!

As a Maintenance Technician you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance activities, such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and aligning machine parts.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other systems to reduce downtime.
• Evaluate equipment and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades to enhance performance.
• Perform failure analysis on equipment, diagnosing the root cause of issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Document maintenance procedures and modifications through detailed technical reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to prepare reports and document procedures
