Production Associate Batch Maker, Oklahoma City, OK

Starting pay: $21.19 plus a $.95 shift differential for 2nd shift

Shift: Day 6:00am – 2:30pm

Evening (2nd) 2:00pm – 10:30pm

As a Production Associate Batch Maker you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Must be able to interpret and follow established recipes and procedures.
• Must be able to effectively communicate (English).
• Must be accurate, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to keep up with production demands.
• Must show initiative.
• Must maintain professionalism at all times.
• Must demonstrate great attendance.
• Must be able to operate forklift and mixing equipment.
• Must be accurate and thorough during all stages of product manufacturing.
• This position requires exposure to various chemicals in the production environment. Exposure to chemicals, vapors, and dust is probable and personal protective equipment is required to reduce risks.

Qualifications

• Ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to Push/Pull 51 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.
• Must be clean shaven as respirator protection is required.
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
