Pay Rate: $22.20
Hiring 2nd/Evening and 3rd/Night Shift: 2nd Shift hours: 1pm - 9:30pm, 3rd Shift hours: 9pm - 5:30am. Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.
Overtime on business need.
As a Production Batch Maker, you will be an important part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them! You will work in a distribution center setting packing, moving, and preparing product for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and in accordance with instruction.
- Monitor the quality output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production record so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Must maintain acceptable attendance levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Able to communicate and work with all departments and all levels of management and employees within the business unit.
- Prior Batch Maker experience is preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Application skills - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- SAP experience not required but is preferred.
- Forklift experience not required but is preferred.
- Must be able to use ladders as needed.
- Two to five years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
