About our BI Analyst and Reports Developer
Strategically designs and implements Business Intelligence (BI) software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses with EMR systems. Works with agency data, including clinical and practice management data such as appointments, charges / transactions, marketing, and other data sources. Provides support and guidance to affiliate staff in facilitating the most effective use of reporting tools and reporting data warehouses. Develops solutions for the affiliate’s business intelligence and reporting needs including gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users.
This is a union position, and the pay range is from $86,000 - $159,000 Annually , placement in the range is dependent on experience. A generous benefit package is also offered.
What you will be doing!
- Interacts and works with end users to help define requirements and identify links between business requirements and data sources.
- Develops understanding of the affiliate’s practice management and enterprise health record systems and workflow used by end users.
- Develops, builds, and tests BI reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Generates reports for executives and senior leadership to use when creating strategies and making decisions.
- Participates in quality assurance process with end users.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, overseeing, maintaining, and managing the affiliate’s data warehouse environment including the extraction of data, and the design of ETL processes.
- Manages the MS Power BI Service.
- Organizes and leads projects in the implementation and use of BI tools and systems.
- Serves as a backup support and maintenance resource for the Microsoft SQL Server database management systems within PPGNHAIK.

PPGNHAIK's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the paygrade. The pay range for this position is $86,000 - $159,000 Annually .
Position Type :
This is a full-time (37.5 hours / week) non-exempt, union position at our Health center.
