This position may be hired at the Associate, Coordinator or Specialist level based on the successful candidate's background, education & experience.
This position is responsible for programs, system, and technical administration support and ad hoc data reporting. The Associate Programs Coordinator will prepare and deliver training and helpdesk support for Supply Chain systems. The ideal candidate is well-organized and detail-focused.
Responsibilities
- Extract and deliver ad hoc and recurring data to Supply Chain-internal and business customers using SQL and Supply Chain-owned databases.
- Prepare and maintain training documents for the current ERP as well as deliver training (personalized and public) from time to time.
- Understand and provide advanced-level customer service via helpdesk support specific to Supply Chain's systems and processes.
- Manage and maintain Supply Chain's SharePoint site (including workflows) and document management securities.
- Provide data maintenance and support for Financial and Supply Chain Management (Infor FSM).
- Validate and process related system securities.
- Maintains/enhances the integrity and governance of all Supply Chain data in reporting systems.
- May be assigned an Electric Utility emergency and storm role. This is a special assignment that comes into play during storms and other emergencies when the company needs to restore power or respond to other issues affecting customer service.

Associate Level
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics with 0-2 years' experience.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and SharePoint workflows.
- Research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possesses an innate curiosity and a strong desire to identify/solve business problems.
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement models.
- Supply Chain experience.
Coordinator Level
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics with 2-4 years' analytical/problem solving experience, OR Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and SharePoint workflows.
- Experience building recurring reports, PIs, or dashboards using BI tools (such as Microstrategy, Tableau, SAS, and Hyperion) and SQL.
- Research and complex problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain.
Possesses an innate curiosity and a strong desire to identify/solve business problems.
Ability to create a narrative from data and analyses to identify business opportunities.
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement models.
Specialist Level
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years analytical/problem-solving experience.
- Journeyman to master level skills with data acquisition software (e.g., SQL) and the creation of complex spreadsheets and databases (e.g., in MS EXCEL and ACCESS).
- Five(5) years of experience creating performance indicators of various elements in a supply chain lifecycle.
- Strong relationship building skills with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment where results matter.
- Demonstrate effective communication and the ability to collaborate with people across functional lines.
- Five(5) years of experience in supply chain or similar process oriented support organizations, with some process knowledge of sourcing and supplier management, materials flow and information flow supporting materials delivery).
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
- High degree of problem solving and decision-making, even in ambiguous situations. Ability to adapt to and drive change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or a related area.
- 5 years of program or project management experience with formal training in multiple program or project management knowledge areas.
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement models.
- Experience in the electric transmission or distribution with an understanding of business process management. Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
