Responsibilities:
Associate - Basic Qualifications
Under direct supervision, responsible for routine problem solving and analysis, assisting with preparation of materials for leadership teams and identifying process improvements. Develops effective business partnerships with appropriate business customers and focuses on increasing knowledge of overall business processes.
Responsibilities:
This position may be hired at the Associate or Consultant level. Responsibilities listed below reflect those of the Associate level. Additional/varying responsibilities may be included at the Consultant level.
- Provide analytical support to solve routine business problems and analyze business results.
- Assist in preparing presentations for business/executive leadership teams
- Assist in developing and maintaining flexible financial models
- Identify process improvements and assist with implementation
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with business customers
- Contributes to special projects/analysis
- Builds knowledge of FP&A's processes and customers
- Develop understanding of budgeting tools/processes
- May be assigned an Electric Utilities emergency and storm role. This is a special assignment that comes into play during storms and other emergencies when the company needs to restore power or respond to other issues affecting customer service. This role may necessitate the need to work after-hours, outside of your normal schedule.
- The company reserves the right to determine if this position will be assigned to work on-site, remotely, or a combination of both. Assigned work location may change. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office/on-site may be required to engage in face-to-face interaction and coordination of work among direct reports and co-workers.

Associate - Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline or 4 years of related experience & pursuing bachelor's degree within first 2 years of employment
- Working knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail & time management Skills
Associate - Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utility industry
- Desire to pursue advanced degree and/or professional certification
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
Consultant - Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline
- 2 years in an analytical function, finance or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Strong attention to detail & time management Skills
Consultant - Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of utility industry
- Desire to pursue advanced degree and/or professional certification
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Understanding of "big picture" concepts
- Ability to work independently
