What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Warehouse Specialist position at PPL Motor Homes?
PPL Motorhomes is looking for an energetic person to help in our warehouse with shipping and receiving of parts. This job responsibilities are as follow, but not limited to:
401K plan in which the company participates: PPL will match 100% of every dollar put into the
401K plan, up to 4 percent of contributions. Employee will be eligible for the 401K plan during the
first open enrollment period following their first six months of employment.
Health Insurance Coverage. As of January 2025, PPL offers a Cigna Healthcare insurance plan in
which PPL pays :$350.00 (Depending on plan selected) of the employee only coverage. Employee
becomes eligible on the first of the month after their first 60 days employment. Initial enrollment, if
employee chooses to participate, will be the 1st of the month after the employees has been
employed 60 days.
Medical Reimbursement - Section 125
Holiday pay totaling 8 paid holidays per year
Vacation Pay (2 weeks after one year and 3 weeks after 10 years)
Salary Continuation for long term disability
- Ability to load, secure and unload product safely
- Receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery of goods to ensure timely service
- Confirms that the part is correct upon arrival
- Maintain the Parts Store inventory
- Process and close open invoices
- Accurate handling of CODs
- Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors by comparing actual count to packing slip
- Post all incoming packing slip into the computer. Follow all company procedures for shortages or damaged parts
- Will work with Service Department on finding and ordering parts
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Experience driving a forklift
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs
