Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investor Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role focuses on leveraging data to maximize the value of the firm’s investor data, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance investor engagement. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing investor behaviors, maximizing ad spend efficiency, and maintaining data accuracy, ensuring we are fully utilizing investor insights to support the firm’s strategic goals. In addition to competitor and market trend analysis, this position plays a key role in delivering clear, actionable reports and recommendations to stakeholders. This role directly reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
Investor & Marketing Data Analysis
- Analyze a wide variety of marketing and investor data (website traffic, social media, email campaigns, CRM data, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use predictive analytics to forecast investor behavior and campaign performance, helping optimize capital-raising efforts.
- Develop target customer segments and identify untapped investor markets using data-driven insights.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark PPR’s marketing performance and refine strategies.
Campaign Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Work closely with digital marketing, email marketing, and demand generation teams to provide insights that optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking to continuously refine marketing and investor engagement strategies.
- Support capital-raising efforts by ensuring investor outreach and messaging strategies are aligned with data-driven insights.
- Track and optimize marketing attribution models, customer journey analytics, and multi-channel campaign performance.
Reporting & Visualization
- Create clear, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that track marketing performance, with a focus on KPIs like lead generation, conversion rates, investor acquisition, and ROI.
- Turn complex data into compelling, actionable insights for executive leadership, investor relations, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, performance marketing, and investor relations teams to ensure marketing strategies align with data-backed insights.
Technology & Data Integrity
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Manage and optimize marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel) to improve efficiency.
- Provide HubSpot administration support by configuring workflows that align with marketing data trends and patterns in collaboration with the team.
- Stay up to date with marketing technology advancements, data analysis techniques, and best practices to enhance PPR’s marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or a related role within retail accredited or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Proven experience with HubSpot, including workflow configuration, automation, and data management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver actionable recommendations.
