Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and interpersonal skills to provide administrative and office management support to company’s office staff.
Responsibilities
· Monitor pending organizational growth projects to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
· Organize and maintain confidential files and office records
· Coordinate company meetings, travel arrangements and company events(i.e. Christmas party)
· Maintain Insurance certificates and request updated insurance certificates as needed
· Prepare subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with all company required subcontractor documentation.
· Coordinate permits, licenses and maintain company documentation with municipalities.
· Assist President and Vice President with varying tasks to facilitate company growth.
· Draft communications as required
Requirements
· Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience 2 years of specialized administrative support
· Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office technology
· Proficient typing skills
· Exceptional Communicator
· Experience and skilled to use social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram)
· Ability to maintain confidentiality is vital
· Notary Public (not necessary, but helpful)
· Self-motivated and resourceful

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
