National Health Care Associates is Hiring for a Nurse Scheduler for their in-house Agency, Preferred Professional Services.

  • PPS Agency supplies staff to our facilities affiliated with National Health Care Associates Inc.'s network of nursing homes in the Northeast.
  • Full-time position in a professional office.
  • The hours are Monday-Friday Day, with the potential of on-call during the week.

Primary Functions :

  • Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing / long-term care facilities Nursing Staff.
  • Replace callouts in the facility

  • Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes

  • Patience and the ability to relate tactfully and professionally with all staff
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances are warranted and to remain calm during emergencies
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience as a scheduling nursing staff for an Agency
