Duties ]
- Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials, labor, and equipment
- Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns
