Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-driven Medical Billing Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and submit billing files electronically.
- Retrieve payment details online once processing is complete.
- Review past-due bills and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Financial Director to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Handle all customer inquiries regarding billing, ensuring excellent customer service.
