We’re seeking an NPD Engineering Manager to lead innovation and drive new product development in the consumer goods sector. If you have a passion for turning ideas into market-ready products and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch
  • Oversee product design, prototyping, and testing
  • Ensure DFM, DFA, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing teams
  • Drive innovation and optimize cost & performance

What You Bring :

  • 10 years in NPD, R&D, or Engineering within consumer goods / FMCG / CPG
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), CAD, and prototyping
  • Experience with stage-gate, lean manufacturing, and materials science
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
