Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent outreach and relationship building with clients.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, tailoring presentations to meet client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze customer data for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and account management practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or inside sales, with a focus on technology sales preferred.
- Strong business development skills, including territory management and account management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance and managing client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
