Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to deliver an exceptional remodeling experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of residential remodeling projects, from pre-construction to final completion.
- Ability to manage 4-5 projects at one time.
- Great delegation skills.
- Must be a planner and can slow down when items become urgent
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise to keep the project on track.
- Review project budgets and ensure all costs align with estimates.
- Document and manage change orders, communicating updates to clients and team members.
- Maintain project records, including schedules, budgets, and daily reports.
- Foster a positive and professional working environment on job sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in residential remodeling or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
