Construction Superintendent

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage civil roadway projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on civil roadways projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Valid construction-related certifications and licenses are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
