Summary
This is an on-call, hourly, as-needed role that ensures the safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction of our clients and their guests during PRA programs. The position involves client interaction, event supervision, logistical coordination, and the execution of activities according to program specifications, the Schedule of Services, and PRA policies and procedures. This role does not require commuting to an office but does require working events and programs in person.

Primary Responsibilities
- Client and Guest Focus: Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of attending guests. Represent PRA professionally at all times.
- Program Execution: Follow program specifications and company procedures to successfully execute events.
- Knowledge Update: Maintain current knowledge of local attractions, hotels, points of interest, restaurants, theme parks, airports, transportation systems, historical background, weather patterns, current events, and general information.
- Uniform and Presentation: Maintain a crisp and professional appearance in the PRA uniform.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest inquiries with urgency and importance.
- Team Collaboration: Follow directions from Event Producers, Directors of Event Production, Lead Staff, or Event Production Coordinators. Work effectively in a team environment.
- Documentation: Complete program-related paperwork promptly, including timesheets, expense reports, and incident reports.
- Pre-Program Planning: Assist with pre-program planning, including routing, signage, and organizing the Hospitality Desk.
- Issue Reporting: Report any issues or situations to the Event Production lead.
- General Duties: Be courteous and respectful to guests, clients, co-workers, and supplier partners. Assist with other tasks as needed.
- Minimum of one year of work experience in hospitality, tour guiding, or destination management (DMC).
- Industry-related certifications (e.g., tour guide, trip director) are beneficial.
- Familiarity with area hotels, tourist attractions, airports, and other venues.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including public relations and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and maintain high business ethics.
- Proficiency with technology (smartphones, tablets, computers, printers) and the ability to respond quickly to staffing app notifications, input hours worked, and submit expense reports by the required due dates.

- Must be highly organized.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license for the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties.
