Key Responsibilities of the Retirement Plan Administrator Include :
- Administer retirement benefits for the Union and Non-Union associates including 401(k) and pension plans.
- Advise and counsel associates on company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the processing of 401(k) claims and assist beneficiaries with the application process.
- Reconcile and process Union pension’s monthly payments.
- Create and generate reports as requested.
