Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to provide executive-level oversight and management for multiple projects/tasks within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with senior-level management within the client organization to manage and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing contract operations, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of high-quality performance and adherence to quality standards across all task orders and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight & Management
- Provide executive-level management to multiple projects/tasks across various contract operations. Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Resource Allocation & Task Oversight
Plan, organize, and oversee work efforts. Assign resources efficiently and ensure project timelines are adhered to. Manage personnel involved in each project and ensure effective teamwork.
- Risk & Quality Management
Provide comprehensive risk management strategies and monitor project progress to mitigate potential risks. Ensure the implementation of quality management protocols to maintain a high standard of deliverables.Serve as the key point of contact for senior-level management within the client organization. Regularly update stakeholders on the overall program status, including the potential impact of ongoing projects on the client’s strategic vision.Ensure that the projects align with the higher-level organizational strategic goals. Provide subject matter expertise and unique technical knowledge as needed to guide decision-making processes and maintain alignment with the client’s objectives.Monitor and evaluate overall project and contract performance to ensure all requirements are met. Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement corrective measures when necessary.

- Strong understanding of risk management, quality management, and contract performance monitoring.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Extensive experience managing client-facing relationships and executive-level interactions.
- Deep technical knowledge or experience in specialized subject areas related to the client’s industry.
