What You’ll Do:
- Support kindergarten teachers in managing classroom activities and student engagement
- Assist with small-group instruction, reinforcing early literacy and math skills
- Provide individualized attention to students who need extra academic or behavioral support
- Help create and maintain a structured and nurturing learning environment
- Supervise students during transitions and assist in maintaining classroom routines
- Adapt to different grade levels as needed during assigned periods
- Days: Tuesday – Thursday
- Time: 8:40 AM – 12:30 PM
- Duration: February 25, 2025 – May 29, 2025
- Key Dates Off:
- March 6: Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences
- April 14–18: Spring Recess
- Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and classroom support strategies
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage and encourage young learners
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to follow teacher guidance and adapt to changing classroom needs
- Competitive Pay: Earn $22/hr with the opportunity to increase to $24.20/hr through a completion bonus
