About The Role
- Supervise the operation of Practice Plus Group’s G.P. Services, based around its Primary Care Centres (PCC’s) including the line management of the reception staff.
- To supervise the operation of Practice Plus Group’s G.P. Services, based around its Visiting Cars including the line management of the driving team.
- Ensure the highest quality of service delivery for Practice Plus Group patients, whilst maximising resource utilisation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff by means of regular appraisal necessary to provide a quality service in the Primary Care Centres and Visiting Service.
- Ensure that reception staff receive an ongoing training needs analysis and personal development.
- Ensure that driving staff receive an ongoing training needs analysis and personal development.
- Up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
