Our well-established family dental office is currently seeking a friendly, qualified individual to join our front desk team and is located in Peoria!
Our office is known for being warm and friendly, our newest team member should be a cheerful, charismatic person with excellent people skills. This candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, making a memorable and positive impression with greetings, conversations and exceptional customer service. Candidates should be reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented and a team player. We want to find someone who is able to continue maintaining the warm, positive relationships we have with our patients.
PREVIOUS DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred but not required.
We are a busy office, applicants must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities include : Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payment, clerical duties and much more.
