- The Heart Center practice is composed of 28 general cardiologists , 10 interventional cardiologists (including 4 structural cardiologists), 5 electrophysiologists, 2 Advanced Heart failure cardiologists, and 6 cardiothoracic surgeons, with the following annual volumes:
60,000 non-invasive tests annually
5000 CTs

- Advanced imaging and diagnostic modalities include cardiac PET, cardiac MRI, PYP imaging, Cardiac CT, and CPET
- The practice provides robust inpatient and outpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support
- Hospital and clinic are across the street from each other- no traveling to multiple hospitals
- In-house Cardiac Rehab Program
- In-house Anticoagulation Clinic Management

Device implants: Single chamber, Dual Chamber, CRT, physiological pacing, ICD combinations, ILR
- General call 1 in 5 weekends and 1 night per month. Post night call days are off, with no work duties other than rounding on your own list.
- Teaching opportunities for medical students from UAB and residents from our in-house FM and IM residencies

- Board Certified in Cardiology
- BC/BE in Electrophysiology
- Unrestricted Alabama MD/DO license or ability to obtain
