- Practice locations; 10101 Ernst Road, Roanoke, Indiana and 4105 Dicke Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Participate in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of colleagues in a variety of Cardiology specialties; Non-Invasive/General, Interventional and Electrophysiology
- Candidate must be Board Certified
- Fellowship training required in Electrophysiology
- Electrophysiology Leadership experience is preferred
- Ability to acquire Indiana license
