Colorectal Directorship Opportunity with Award-Winning Stamford Health!!
The Department of Surgery at Stamford Hospital is seeking a Director to lead a team of two colorectal surgeons and help build the program. There may be potential for a clinical appointment with Columbia University Medical Center, predicated on resident and medical student teaching, and our affiliation with Dana Farber Cancer Institute. The Colorectal Director will report directly to the Chair of Surgery.
Our ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience post fellowship, experienced in developing a program. We require fellowship training and significant experience in robotics and inflammatory bowel diseases. Offices are located in our Medical Office Building attached to our main hospital, as well as in Norwalk, Greenwich and Wilton. The Director will rotate 1 day a week to one of our secondary office locations. All inquiries are strictly confidential.
