Position Essential Functions:
- Serve as a Collaborative Physician in line with applicable laws and the APP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement.
- Meet any state-specific requirements for collaborators.
- Conduct quarterly comprehensive quality reviews of APPs' patient charts in person. Necessary audit forms will be provided and require signatures from both the APP and the Collaborator.
- Valid state medical, federal DEA, and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) licenses without sanctions.
- Current board certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
