We are seeking Board Eligible or Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for our Emergency Department at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. We have both day/mid and nocturnist positions available. This is a full-time 1099 contracted position. Very competitive compensation package plus sign-on and relocation assistance.

The 40-bed Emergency Department is just under 26,000 sq. ft. and includes specialized treatment areas for critical care, mental health, and fast-track non-critical care designed to improve the care process and reduce wait times. The emergency department sees approximately 60,000 patients per year and is supported by an outstanding team of APP's, nurses, and administrative staff.
Located in southwest Louisiana, Lake Charles is a thriving destination that caters to many different tastes: from glitzy casinos, quiet greens of award-winning golf courses, hunting, fishing, and more than 75 regional festivals, including the family-friendly Mardi Gras and the Louisiana Pirate Festival!
