Position Overview:
- Location: Harrisburg, IL
- Facility: 71-bed hospital with an 11-bed Emergency Department (ED)
- Patient Volume: 26 patients per 24-hour period (average)
- Shifts: 12-hour and 24-hour shifts available
- EMR: Epic EMR with M Modal Dictation for ease of documentation
- Compensation: Competitive pay
- 1099 for clinical hours

- Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Department
- Lead and collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered consistently
- Provide clinical leadership and support to ED staff
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
- Board-certified in Emergency Medicine
- Proven leadership experience, with previous Medical Director experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
