The Advance Practice Provider (APP) will provide care for our endocrinology patients in a clinic outpatient setting. The APP assesses patients about their conditions, order and interprets diagnostic tests, and collaborates with patients, families, and physicians to establish care plans. You should be a skilled APP with comprehensive knowledge of endocrinology, diabetes education and management, thyroid, and other endocrinology diagnosis.

Our Endocrinology Practice Information:
- The current practice has two experienced nurse practitioners and staff, a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) and has been recognized by the ADA for our diabetes education program since 1994.
- Qualified candidates should be currently licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. Preferred 1-2 years’ experience working in endocrinology.
- We are staffed with 20 primary care physicians and providers, with specialty support in behavioral health, urogynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, spine, pain, dermatology, podiatry, wound care, cosmetics, urology, women’s health, neurology, and cardiology.
- Additionally, we have 11 visiting specialists that see patients in the clinic each month. The hospital has a 24/7 hospitalist service and convenient care for patients.
- We have a provider friendly EMR.
- In 2023, we completed expansion projects including adding an outpatient dialysis center, home health services, pre-anesthesia clinic, and cutting-edge radiology updates.
