Services offered include; diabetes education, diabetes management, diabetes prevention, insulin initiation and regulation, insulin pumpeducation, gestational diabetes education, diabetes counseling, andmedical nutrition therapy.

Position Details:
- Full time, Endocrinology opportunity with academic affiliation
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, split call amongst large group of Endocrinologists
- Referrals from the largest primary care and specialty care practice in Indiana
- Practice location will include suburban locations and/or the downtown Indianapolis area
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Interested in current fellows and practicing physicians
- Visa sponsorship available for H-1B
