As an Advanced Practice Provider in Endocrinology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provider general endocrinology and diabetic care to your patients.

- You will practice at Cottonwood Clinic in Murray Utah
- Your hours will have the ability to work 4 10-hour shifts, with Tuesday's off each week
- You will be on call 1 in 6

What you'll bring:
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- Board certification
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
