Practice Highlights
- Provide primary care/clinical procedures and admin services in outpatient practices within a teaching CHC.
- Flexible schedules to include 32 hours of patient facing and 8 hours of admin time.
- Expected visits per day 17-19 or total visits of 726-812 per quarter to meet productivity and community need.
- Must have strong clinical training/experience to meet the needs of a complex patient population.
- Our highly collegial Interdisciplinary team includes Faculty Physicians, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, APPs, Pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
- Integrated services including primary care behavioral health with BHCs on site.
- Excellent support and resources provided.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
- EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

- Base Salary: $120k-$125k DOE and uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. Potential bonus earnings of over $20k p/y based on 19 visits per day (812 visits per quarter). Bonus increases with increased visits.
- ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
- Open to experienced or new grads. (New grads with extensive nursing experience in direct patient care in ER/trauma, critical care, med/surg, or PC/UC with strong clinical training is preferred).
- *If you are a new FNP with an active RN multistate license in another state, you must have graduated less than 12 months ago to be considered.
- Central WA location has over 300 days of sunshine with 4 mild yet distinctive seasons.
- Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries, picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water sports, boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks, golfing, drive-up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural hubs in the nation.
