SSM Health Dean Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Advanced Practitioner to join the Family Medicine department at our Baraboo location. The Family Medicine department currently consists of 10 physicians, 6 residents, & 6 advanced practitioners.

- Day hours, Monday through Friday
- Outpatient-based practice with no call responsibilities
- Opportunity to perform outpatient clinical procedures if interested
- Collegial team & supportive work environment
- Opportunity to be part of a collaborative care team, and see patients independently
- Opportunity to collaborate with Baraboo Clinic Family Medicine Residency program physicians
- Opportunity to precept NP students
- The Baraboo Clinic is adjacent to SSM Health - St. Clare Hospital , a 27-bed facility with 24-hour, Level 3 Trauma Center with ER coverage (contracted through Madison Emergency Physicians). There is 24/7 Hospitalist coverage, full lab and pathology services, and an average of 300 deliveries/year.
- The ICU consists of 6 beds, and the hospital contracts with the UW for e-ICU telemedicine.
