Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Full Time Rapid Care provider. Rapid care is an extended hours clinic inside our Rural Health Clinic seeing patients similar to an urgent care setting.
Both experienced providers and new grads are being considered. Incoming provider maintains responsibility for providing expert clinical care in general or specialty areas. Assesses, plans and provides patient care in collaboration with the attending physician. Provides comprehensive health assessments, performs medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, writes prescriptions and formulates treatment plans. Diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions. Assists in medical / surgical care of patients and evaluates responses in collaboration with the attending / consulting physicians.

Wage Scale : $116,335 - $150,000
