- Full-time position with a 4-day clinic workweek (32 patient contact hours)
- Flexible schedule with remote options for administrative tasks
- Manage a patient load of 16-18 patients per day
- No after-hours or weekend call requirements

Requirements:
- Graduation from a state-certified Advanced Practice Program
- Unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA
- Unrestricted DEA registration
- State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
- Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
