- $95,000-$120,000 base salary
- Student loan assistance

- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required
- Active and non-restricted state licensure as an APRN or PA required
- Active and non-restricted DEA required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications required
