We have multiple openings across several practices in desirable Fort Collins, CO – choose your favorite location near many great neighborhoods throughout the community.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible schedules available: Full-time and Part-time options
- Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of all ages
- Medical Assistants, RN, Front Desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous practice
- Access to on-site services including lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, Social Worker and
- Additional specialties depending on location
- Financially stable and physician-led organization committed to provider well-being
- Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
- Prefer to see all ages
- Are patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Competitive base salary ($235K - $265K, dependent on experience)
- Up to $100K educational loan repayment
- Up to $100K sign-on bonus
- Up to $18K resident stipend
- Paid CME & malpractice coverage
- Excellent benefits package for you and your family
- Eligible for federal loan forgiveness
