Position Highlights:
- Clinical Leader will have six physician direct reports.
- 32 patient care hours per week, 4 of these patient care hours can be conducted virtually, providing flexibility with some remote/at-home time.
- Plus 4 hours of clinical administrative time and 4 hours of lead administrative time, either onsite or remote.
- Manageable patient volume: 5 patients every 2 hours to ensure quality care.
- Managing the providers of the practice to align with the expectations of the health system and development of processes to enhance that alignment.
- Join the region’s premier health system and provide care at a state-of-the-art site located next to Union Hospital in Elkton, MD.
- Provide care to patients with comorbidities requiring intricate medical interventions while overseeing timely adjustments to their treatment plans.
- Treat a diverse patient population, including elders for geriatric care and new families establishing care within our health system.
